It is mainly used for rapid detection of a large number of samples based on high-throughput PCR and spempel Indic markers. Kasp labeling uses specific fluorescent primers to accurately amplify the target SNP and indel sites, and genotypes by scanning fluorescent signals, without time-consuming electrophoresis, photography and band reading analysis. Kasp technology has good application potential in medical and agronomic testing.

Genome wide loci: Background typing of less than 150 loci in the whole genome of different species.

The genome-wide molecular markers independently developed by Higentec, including more than 4000 in rice, more than 2300 in corn, more than 2000 in sunflower, and more than 1000 kasp markers of more than 10 other species, have been widely used in molecular marker oriented backcross background selection, directional improvement, gene polymerization and other R & D services.
