It is mainly used for rapid detection of a large number of samples based on high-throughput PCR and spempel Indic markers. Kasp labeling uses specific fluorescent primers to accurately amplify the target SNP and indel sites, and genotypes by scanning fluorescent signals, without time-consuming electrophoresis, photography and band reading analysis. Kasp technology has good application potential in medical and agronomic testing.

Genome wide loci: Background typing of less than 150 loci in the whole genome of different species.
