On September 7, 2020, the people's Government of Liandu district and Higentec officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changsha, Hunan Province, specifying to jointly build the country's first intelligent demonstration base of national rice molecular breeding center. On September 10, 2020, Academician Yuan Longping personally nominated "Lishui demonstration base of rice molecular breeding center" to support the base construction. At the same time, the project was successfully signed and implemented at the 9th "Zhihui Lishui" talent technology summit.

A complete set of intelligent planting decision-making system, variety test and evaluation system and intelligent breeding housekeeper system with the effect of new crop variety test and demonstration are formed by equipping modern intelligent equipment such as meteorological station, insect situation prediction lamp, spore capture instrument, farmland recorder, crop growth detection and diagnosis instrument, multispectral UAV, plant protection UAV and agricultural UAV.

Using Higentec biological intelligent big data platform, integrate, analyze and deeply mine the data of field phenotype, environmental type and genotype, so as to provide scientific basis for national approval and promotion of new crop varieties and modern breeding. Build the scientific and technological business card of Lishui intelligent agriculture demonstration base and build the country's first internationally leading national intelligent demonstration base for rice molecular breeding.
